About the role

Car Taskers is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive partnerships, grow our network of service providers, and expand our market reach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is passionate about business growth, and enjoys building relationships that drive revenue.

What you will do:

  • Identify, target, and onboard new service providers (auto detailers, mobile mechanics, etc.) to the platform.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with automotive service businesses and industry professionals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Car Taskers into new markets.
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to attract providers and customers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive platform adoption.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to improve platform offerings.
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential partners and service providers.
  • Track and report key performance metrics related to growth and acquisition.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in tech, gig economy, or automotive industries).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Understanding of the automotive service industry or gig marketplace models.
